Juanita is five minutes west of our Totem Lake shop along NE 124th and NE 116th, and Juanita families have been bringing us their cars for decades.. From Juanita Beach it is about a six-minute drive east on NE 116th or NE 124th to the shop.
Finn Hill sits above Juanita on winding, tree-lined roads, and the mix of older ramblers and newer view homes means a steady run of commuter cars and family SUVs that need body work.. Finn Hill is about ten minutes from the shop: down Juanita Drive and east on NE 124th to Totem Lake.
Kingsgate is directly north of Totem Lake and the closest neighborhood to our shop. Kingsgate is a five-minute drive to the shop, straight down 124th Avenue NE or NE 132nd to NE 126th Place.
Houghton stretches along Lake Washington south of downtown Kirkland, from Carillon Point to the Google campus, and its drivers have trusted L-M Body Shop for collision and paint work for decades.. Houghton is about ten minutes north on I-405 or Lake Washington Boulevard to our Totem Lake shop.
Bothell is ten minutes north of our shop, and between Canyon Park, downtown and the UW Bothell campus it sends us a steady run of collision, bumper and dent repairs.. Bothell is a ten-minute drive to L-M: I-405 south to NE 124th, or down 124th Avenue NE from Thrashers Corner.
Kenmore drivers sit between Lake Forest Park and Bothell on SR-522 and have very few body shops of their own, which is why so many of them make the ten-minute trip to L-M Body Shop in Totem Lake.. From Kenmore take Juanita Drive or NE 132nd east to Totem Lake, about ten to twelve minutes.
Lake Forest Park is a quiet, wooded city with no body shop of its own, and its drivers have been coming across to L-M Body Shop in Kirkland for collision and paint work for years.. Lake Forest Park is about fifteen minutes from the shop via SR-522 and Juanita Drive or I-405 to NE 124th.
Woodinville is a short drive northeast of Totem Lake, and from the wineries to Hollywood Hill its drivers have relied on L-M Body Shop for honest collision repair since the 1980s.. Woodinville is about ten minutes to the shop: I-405 to NE 124th, or NE 132nd and 124th Avenue through Kingsgate.
Mill Creek is a straight shot up I-405 and the Bothell-Everett Highway from Totem Lake, and its drivers come to L-M Body Shop for the same reasons Kirkland does: honest estimates and repairs done right.. Mill Creek is about fifteen to twenty minutes to our shop: SR-527 to I-405 south, exit at NE 124th.
Redmond is right next door to Kirkland, and between the tech campuses, downtown and Education Hill, Redmond drivers have been bringing us collision, bumper and paint work for decades.. Redmond is ten to fifteen minutes from our Totem Lake shop via Willows Road or I-405.
Bellevue drivers have more body shop choices than anyone on the Eastside, and many of them still drive fifteen minutes north to L-M Body Shop because they want a family-owned shop where the owner knows their name.. Bellevue is about fifteen minutes up I-405 to the NE 124th exit and our shop on NE 126th Place.
The Sammamish Plateau has very few collision repair shops of its own, so plateau families regularly make the twenty-minute drive down to L-M Body Shop in Kirkland for honest, family-owned repair.. Sammamish is twenty to twenty-five minutes to our shop via SR-520 and I-405 or through Redmond on Willows Road.
Duvall sits at the north end of the Snoqualmie Valley, a straight drive down the Woodinville-Duvall Road to our Totem Lake shop, and the valley has almost no collision shops of its own.. Duvall is about twenty-five minutes to L-M Body Shop by way of Woodinville-Duvall Road and NE 124th through Woodinville.
Carnation is a small valley town with no body shop of its own, and when a deer or a wet corner on SR-203 does its damage, Carnation drivers come to L-M Body Shop in Kirkland.. Carnation is about thirty-five minutes to our Totem Lake shop by way of Duvall and Woodinville, or through Redmond.
Great service and great people. I had passenger side door's panel came off due to a little accident. I reached out to multiple body shop but LM body shop struck great impression in my mind. In the first interaction I knew that they're genuine and not trying to scam you. One of the part from the panel seems to be reusable and advised me to buy part by myself, so I can return if they don't ended up using it while repairing. And they didn't use it and saved me $500. Other bodyshops that I went, they never offered me this option and asked me to replace good part as well. In addition to that I didn't have to take the appointments for the quote, like I had to for the other places. They gave me quote promptly and squeezed the repair in their schedule as soon as the part arrived. I would definitely recommend this body shop to my friends and family.
Lorri and her team were amazing. This was my first time dealing with collision repairs and an insurance claim after someone damaged my rear bumper, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the process, and made everything feel much less stressful. Lorri was calm, kind, and incredibly easy to communicate with from start to finish. Her customer service really stood out and made a difficult situation so much easier to navigate. Highly recommend for quality repairs and excellent customer service.
