Lorri and her crew are amazing! I was involved in an accident in November of 2021 and used LM body for my repairs to my truck. During the process Lorri was able to help me set up a rental car for the duration of my repair and explained the whole process in depth for me.
This was my first accident so I was very confused and uncertain of the processes required.
I will say that the repair took quite awhile BUT this was not because of a lack of manpower or effort on LM’s part. The problem came from attempting to replace my parts for my truck. The parts were very difficult to find and thus the timeline had to be extended.
All in all I was super impressed with these guys and would recommend them to a friend for sure. They even cleaned the interior of my vehicle when they found that there had been an accrual of mold due to an exploded water bottle during the accident. 5stars for sure!!!!
