The L-M people are super friendly and helpful. They look like a great team and they're happy to be there and serve you. It was my first time there but I had a great experience! Definitely will go back for more business if I need anything.
I had an incident at a car wash that scratched and dented my hood. L-M body shop was able to get me in the same day I called for an estimate. They were super friendly and helpful, and took care of all of the logistics with the insurance company. They even offered to arrange a rental car for me. The repairs were done a day early and they called to let me know. If I ever need to go to a body shop again, I will definitely go back here! Professional, friendly, and they did a great job!
Extremely friendly and professional staff. Best value around and finished the job well ahead of schedule. They worked on my car while I had it across the street at Alloy Wheel Specialists getting the wheels refinished so that both jobs could be done at the same time. Brought car into L&M with damages to front and side of car due to collision. They conveniently arranged for my car rental while the repairs were being done. Picked up car today and was super pleased with the work they did. A beautiful repair job and a shining car. So much nicer than what was brought to them.
